Practices
Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026
Frequency: 18-20 practices (2 per week, each lasting 1 hour)
Days & Times: Mondays-Fridays: 4pm-9pm
Practice Preferences: Parents can specify preferred practice days on the registration form. If you’d like to make other schedule requests, please fill out our form HERE.
Release: The practice schedules will be released in mid-May.
Important Note: While we do our best to accommodate preferences, schedules cannot be guaranteed.
Games
Number of Games: 7-9 games (1 per week)
Game Days: Saturdays, between 9am-4pm
Game Dates: 6/13, 6/20, 7/11, 7/18, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15
Bye Weeks (No games): Week 1 (6/6), Week 4 (6/27), Week 7 (7/25)
Holiday Breaks (No games & practices): June 27 - July 5, 2026
Release: The game schedules will be released in early June.
Note: Youngsters Division (TK) does not participate in games and has (1) practice per week

DIVISIONS
We feature 4 co-ed divisions including:
Youngsters Division: TK
Future Stars Division: K-2nd grade
Rising Stars Division: 3rd-5th grade
All-Stars Division: 6th-8th grade
Important: Divisions are based on your child’s grade for the 2025-26 school year (not the grade they will enter in Fall 2026).
Please note:
Only the Youngsters Division uses a lowered hoop. All other divisions play on a regulation 10-foot basket. Therefore, we don’t recommend that kindergartners join unless they’re comfortable shooting on a full-size hoop.
Parents may request for their child to play up a division. All requests will be reviewed by our staff, and approval will depend on whether we believe it’s the right fit for both the player and the league.

$60 processing fee for all refunds (Refund Policy).

Game Uniform: $30 (top and bottom, required for all players)
Practice Jersey: $10 (optional if you already have one from a previous season)

We believe every player deserves the opportunity to learn, play, and grow through basketball. That’s why we offer financial aid and scholarship opportunities for qualifying families.

EVALUATIONS / PARENT MEETING
All participants must attend our evaluation session for team placement. This session is essential to maintain a well-balanced and competitive league.

FAQ
Are the evaluations a tryout? No, everyone will be placed on a team.
If my child missed evaluations, can they still join? Absolutely! Simply provide a detailed description of your child’s experience on the registration form, and we'll ensure they're placed on the right team.
Can I request a practice day / time? Welcome to submit a request. We can’t guarantee any request but we’ll try our best.
Can I request that my child be placed on the same team as his friends? Welcome to submit a request. We can’t guarantee the request since we need to evaluate every player to make sure the teams are balanced.
Is the 2nd practice optional? Can my child only attend 1 practice per week at a discounted rate? No, both practices are required.
If I miss a practice can I make it up or get a refund? No, our memberships are seasonal not per practice. We don’t offer makeup practices or refunds for missed practices.
What if my child participates in the upcoming LA Select tryouts and makes the team? If this takes place before the start of the Jr Hoops season, we’ll offer you a full refund and transfer your account to LA Select.
